After 20 years….

After more than twenty years, I am really making a concerted effort to live at my best.  I am exercising consistently, paying attention to my diet, focusing on my family and also growing spiritually.  I am sharing with you one of my great finds – Pricilla’s Yoga Stretches.  It is a PBS program (remember when all kids programming was on PBS?). She gently combines yoga with stretching in 15-minute workouts; great for those with busy schedules.  Her manner and ease with which she instructs really helps. And…her routines are actually doable. (The biggest  problem I find with many yoga routines is that you have to already have some level of stamina to do them.  If you are a beginner, this can be very discouraging.)  I can get through Priscilla’s routines and feel good about myself!  Plus…

a. She doesn’t make me feel bad because I may not be able to stretch as far as she can.

b. The workout is over before I even realize it.

c. My body and joints have never felt better.
